Yesterday Kate and I sent M to the Izz-A off to Brazil. We went to breakfast together that morning, trying to soak up all the family time we could. After a little last minute packing, we headed to meet the rest of the missions trip crew at our church.
The crew (L to R): my guy, W.A. (trip coordinator), Bro. Wayne (our pastor), and Dallis (my cousin's husband and our church's youth leader)

I told myself I wasn't going to cry. And I almost didn't. Almost.
I can't wait to hear his stories when he returns. In the meantime, Kate and I will be spending some quality girl time together.
After a little conversation and a group prayer, it was time for them to leave for the airport.
Tomorrow night I'll be hosting a Matilda Jane Clothing trunk show. (The cutest clothes for little girls that you've ever seen!) Can't wait to see all of my friends, eat some good food, and play dress-up with Kate. And I'm so very glad I chose this weekend for my show...I didn't realize it at the time, but it worked out great because it will keep me busy and take my mind off of the fact that M to the Izz-A is in a town in Brazil that I can't pronounce.
Oh, and before I go, I have to say thank you so much for all of the sweet comments after yesterday's big reveal. You guys are the best! Hope everyone has a great weekend!!
