Big Things

Biggie #1: I'm now another year older, as of last Wednesday.

Biggie #2: Hamp is already 2 months old!! He's smiling and cooing like crazy!

Biggie #3: Since turning 2 months old last week, he has been sleeping through the night - we're talking 9-10 hours straight. Amen and amen.

Biggie #4: And this is the biggest - I am now officially a stay at home mom. After much discussing, and even more prayer, I've decided to not return to teaching next year and stay at home with my kiddos. This, my friends, puts a huge smile on my face.

And in an effort to play catch up...

Happy Belated Birthday!

You are so lucky to have the opportunity to stay home with your kiddos! I know you're gonna be a great SAHM!

Btw, how totally unfair is it that you look fabulous after having a child 2 months ago! Seriously?!

Congratulation! As the mom of 2, AND a teacher, I always wished it would happen...but being married to a teacher...well, I'm not sure I could've eaten that much PB and J! I am so happy for you!

I am happy to hear you are able to stay at home with your kids. I was also blessed and returned to work after they were in school full time. It was a good decision for me and one I will NEVER regret.

Your babies are beautiful. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy ever.single.minute!

Wow! Your site was recommended to me by google reader... and I am so glad! I needed to see that sweet baby face and remember that the reason why I am not teaching this school year is because I have a sweet baby face to watch grow and change, too. My son was born just one year ago, and I think it was the best thing for me to stay at home with him and marvel in him. This next year will also be a time to appreciate the greatness of motherhood (because I can always teach other people's kids later, right?)

Lovely blog!

Happy Belated Birthday to you!!! I know that you must be so thankful and excited to be able to stay at home with your precious babies as they continue to grow and change. It sounds like great changes are going on since your little guy is sleeping so well! By the way, you do not look like you've had any kids, you're so so tiny!!! How do you do it?!
